Clarkson Golden Knights Hockey
We broadcast every home game at Cheel Arena. Men's games broadcast on a time delay of about an hour unless the arena is full; women's games always broadcast live.
Peak Moment TV
Peak TV is a series featuring people creating resilient communities for a more sustainable, lower-energy future. Programs range from permaculture farms to electric bikes, ecovillages to car-sharing, emergency preparedness to careers for the coming times. Episodes are available online.

Submit Programming
WCKN is a public access television station serving Potsdam and the surrounding area. We accept all reasonable public access programming requests, aired up to two times per week in predesignated time slots. WCKN will do its best to accommodate your preferred schedule, but cannot guarantee the availability of specific time slots. You may submit public access programming by either postal mail or direct delivery to our office or drop box, however you must fully review the guidelines on this page, then contact the Programming Manager before submitting tapes in order to designate a specific schedule on which your program will be played and complete all required paperwork. If you simply send us programming without any prior contact, it will not be aired and may not be returned. Public access programs must be on DVD.
Official Public Access Policies and Guidlines
To ensure all programming you submit is aired appropriately, you must be sure that it always meets all conditions set in these guidlines:
- Scheduling
- Programs may be played a maximum of 2 times per week.
- All time slots must be pre-approved by the Programming Manager.
- Existing programming will not be moved or rescheduled.
- Final decisions on scheduling rest on the Executive Board.
- Submission of tapes
- Programs must be on a DVD.
- Programs may be delivered by postal mail or direct delivery to our office or drop box.
- Programs must be received at least 2 business days prior to scheduled air date.
- Requests for tape pick up must be received at least 2 business days prior to the required pick-up date.
- Programs should only be submitted directly to Time Warner Cable if prior arrangements have been made. If that is the case then the programming manager also needs to be aware of the date/time and duration of the program so that we can schedule accordingly.
- Appropriate Content
- Content of programs must meet WCKN standards.
- The Programming Manager will make decisions regarding appropriateness of programming.
- Failure to Comply
- Failure to follow any of these regulations will result in the program to not be aired.
- Repeated failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the loss of public access privileges.
The WCKN Executive Board reservers the right to make all final decisions regarding publc access programming.
